Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN): Short Info
The Haryana government recently established Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) with the purpose of deploying contractual manpower and manpower of outsourced category services in government departments, boards, corporations, statutorily created entities, state universities, and other organisations that are owned and controlled by the state government. The Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana, will exercise administrative supervision over the operation of the HKRN Portal at hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in.
The Haryana Government established the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN Portal), whose goal is to handle all contract and direct hire hiring needs in Haryana. Previously, various departments conducted these hiring processes independently, which allowed for corruption. Now, hiring processes will be conducted through the HKRN portal.
